This policy describes the information Nice Gary ("we") collects when you use the Nice Gary website and product, and how we use and share that information. By using Nice Gary you agree to this policy.

• Account data. Name, email, profile photo, phone, and the company you work for, when you sign up or update your profile.
• Project data. Quotes, materials, suppliers, purchase orders, daily logs, and other content you or your team put into the product.
• Usage data. Device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and interactions, collected through standard logs and analytics.
• Cookies. A short-lived early-access cookie, an authenticated session cookie, and any analytics cookies you allow.

We use the information to operate the product, draft and route purchase orders to your suppliers, send you transactional updates, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

We share project data with the suppliers you address purchase orders to. We use sub-processors for hosting, email, analytics, and authentication. We do not sell your data.

• Update or delete your profile from the dashboard.
• Request export or deletion of your project data by emailing us.
• Opt out of analytics cookies in your browser settings.
