Terms of service

By using Nice Gary you agree to these terms. If you're using Nice Gary on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to this agreement.

Nice Gary helps construction teams turn quotes into supplier-ready purchase orders, time them to a build schedule, and keep records of orders and deliveries. We don't supply materials and we don't guarantee third-party supplier delivery times.

• You're responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload.
• You won't use Nice Gary to break the law, infringe rights, or interfere with the service.

During the early-access period the product may change, break, or lose data. Don't rely on it as the sole record of a project. We'll do our best to communicate planned changes.

Early access is provided at no cost unless agreed otherwise in writing. Paid plans, terms, and pricing will be added before general availability.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amounts you've paid us in the prior twelve months.

You can stop using Nice Gary at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
